Answer: Due to the amount of space available in retail stores we cannot offer all colors and sizes in every style. Oftentimes, the color you want is available in a very similar style.

Answer: We recommend that most of our hosiery garments be hand washed separately in cold water. Do not use bleach. Line dry. Do not iron. Please check the garment package for detailed instructions.

Answer: Leg lengths often vary slightly due to difference in the manufacturing process. When the hosiery is stretched onto your leg the yarn adjusts so there is no noticeable difference in the fit received from the individual legs. The resiliency of spandex reacts to numerous manufacturing procedures but will adjust once you have put them on.

Answer: Sometimes a style, size, or color will be discontinued because that item is not selling at retail stores very well. We can help you find another style or color similar to the one you liked.

Answer: Hosiery kept for long periods of time can cause deterioration of the spandex. Spandex is not immune to the negative effects of time.
