1. What sizes are available?
Answer: Sizes vary among styles. We offer sizing from petite to plus. Click on 'Collections' and choose a style to see the size listing by style.
Answer: Different styles are available in different colors. Click on 'Collections' and choose a style for the color listing by style. You can then click on your color preference to see how this looks on the leg.
Answer: Due to the amount of space available in retail stores we cannot offer all colors and sizes in every style. Oftentimes, the color you want is available in a very similar style.
Answer: Depending upon the garment it could contain any combination of nylon, spandex, silicone, cotton or polyester. Please contact our Consumer Service at 1-800-342-7070 about a particular garment make-up.
Answer: We do not use latex in our product. We have replaced it with silicone where needed.

Answer: We recommend that most of our hosiery garments be hand washed separately in lukewarm water, using a mild detergent. Line dry and do not use bleach. Please check the garment package for detailed instructions. Our hosiery wash bag can help protect your hosiery if you choose to machine wash. They can be purchased at One Hanes Place and Just My Size websites.
Answer: Leg lengths often vary slightly due to difference in the manufacturing process. When the hosiery is stretched onto your leg the yarn adjusts so there is no noticeable difference in the fit received from the individual legs. The resiliency of spandex reacts to numerous manufacturing procedures but will adjust once you have put them on.
Answer: Sometimes a style, size, or color will be discontinued because that item is not selling at retail stores very well. Please feel free to contact our consumer service department at 1-800-342-7070 for an alternative style/color or go to www.onehanesplace.com. We can help you find another style or color similar to the one you liked.
Answer: Hosiery kept for long periods of time can cause deterioration of the spandex. Spandex is not immune to the negative effects of time. |
